Kent Buckingham was my lawyer in a medical malpractice case that ended last night. He is extremely knowledgeable in many medical areas and in my case the gall bladder I had removed. There were a number of complications that developed from the surgery including severing the bile duct. The botched gallbladder surgery I had was eight and one-half years ago and Kent began working with me approximately two years ago. He is not only an extraordinarily hard working lawyer but he is passionate about representing his client’s best interest. He is kind, honest, diligent and easy to work with. Kent is always one step ahead of the defense and is so well prepared he is ready for response to difficult testimony. You w ill be extremely pleased with Kent if you have the opportunity to work with him. He is a 10 in my estimate.
To watch Mr. Buckingham litigate gall bladder malpractice is to watch poetry in motion. He can get past the smoke screen of a very slippery operator & get to the truth. This case took almost 7 years but he hung in there & did a great job. He is very knowledgeable & precise. He flew to the east coast twice to get us justice. I would highly recommend him.
Mr. Buckingham helped my family get justice for my mom. She died following gallbladder surgery. Mr. Buckingham took our case (after two other lawyers had said no) and did an outstanding job. He is also a doctor so he understood the medicine. He knew more about the surgery than the defendant did. He advised our family all along the way. We can’t thank him enough.
Mr. Buckinhgam handled a case for my family. He did a wonderful job. Other attorneys had turned us down because the case was too difficult. Kent won the case at trial and the judge told us afterwords that Kent was the best trial lawyer he had ever seen.
