About me

I have lived in Keller with my family since 1991.  I earned my Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at Tarrant County College in 1996, my Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1998 and my Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2001.  In 2005, after several years practicing in a firm, I opened my practice in Keller. In 2008, I was appointed Municipal Court Judge for Haltom City, and in 2012, appointed Municipal Court Judge for the City of Saginaw.  In June, 2016, my daughter and I formed The Irby Law Firm, PLLC.  Our practice areas include Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate.  Most of our legal services are set on a flat fee schedule.  We look forward to serving the legal needs of Keller and surrounding areas.
