- Approximately a combined amount of $3 million dollars in settlement for our clients.
- Maritime accident resulting in personal injury to a large number of passengers who were on-board the Crown Princess cruise ship which severely listed on July 18, 2006. Traverse Legal was retained and provided legal litigation representation against the responsible /negligent parties that was caused by human error / negligence of the ship owner Princess Cruises and the Crown Princess crew for compensation and other damages to over 30 of those passengers.
My husband and I have used Mark for advice on an employment-related issue. We were impressed with his extensive knowledge in this area and we would not hesitate to use him again. He did not hesitate to provide us with his honest opinions of the merits of our claims and we never felt that we were “left in the dark” or that he did not understand our concerns. I highly recommend him for both non-compete agreement and other intellectual property issues.
