Customer Reviews

I played 9 years in the NFL; 5 years with the New York Giants and 4 years with the Carolina Panthers. I own several businesses in the Iredell and metro Charlotte area and have used Prosser (Sandy) Carnegie as my attorney for the past 17+ years. Sandy has represented me in many different matters involving both corporate and personal situations. I rely on his expert and level headed advice in all legal matters from minor to complex. I consider Sandy to be honest and always responds quickly when I have questions or need counsel. I highly recommend Prosser Carnegie as an attorney for all your legal needs.

There are a lot of attorneys out there but there are a select few that stand out above the rest and Prosser (Sandy) is one of those attorneys. Sandy has strategically helped me through multiple matters involving a partner buy out in one company, a settlement pay out negotiation instead of going to litigation and a larger matter involving loss in an investment. Sandy has a gift and that gift is understanding and interpreting the law to protect individuals like myself and my family. One differentiator about Sandy that I personally have not found in any other attorney is that he genuinely cares about protecting me and my family. To say I Highly Recommend Sandy would be an understatement. To sum it up in 3 words I would say Sandy is Knowledgeable, Fair and delivers Results.

I want to start off by saying I trust him and feel very comfortable saying that Prosser is the top attorney in the area. I was involved in a situation where being a small company with limited funds I was being taken advantage of by a multi million firm with a large legal team. Once I finally made it to Prosser things fell into place and what I felt was a no win situation with the possibility of being dragged out for years was handled promptly and with positive results. His responsiveness is impressive, turning around docs, and returns calls almost immediately. I actually have him working on setting up documents for my company to ensure there is no room for anyone to take advantage of my services again. He has proven once again just because you don’t practice nor reside in a large city and don’t work for a huge firm doesn’t mean you are inferior in the legal arena. He isn’t animated and loud nor threating, he is to the point, clear and concise . When I was at wits end he helped manage my expectations and calmed me down. I recommend him to anyone in need o legal advice.

My husband and I recently needed advice about a neighborhood conflict that was fairly straightforward but also on pretty short notice. Mr. Carnegie was extremely responsive with a timely opinion that was thorough but also easy to understand. He was sympathetic to our situation and went above and beyond in his willingness to weigh in on what for us was a stressful situation. If and when we have more substantial legal needs in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him. He is someone that I would definitely want on my side.
