Practiced law since 1979 specializing in real estate and small business matters including disputes and litigation in these areas. In addition, since 1983, have undertaken representation of creditors, debtors and trustees in bankruptcy cases and related proceedings.
I have a small personable practice with relatively low overhead which means lower fees. Also fees are not billable per hour (unless client desires such billing) but rather by the service provided. I also handle collection on judgments which I can bill on a percentage basis but with the client to pay any out of pocket costs such as deposition costs, investigative fees; such costs would, however, only be incurred upon the client’s prior approval. The percentage fee ranges from 35% to 40%.
It’s been years, but ran across Richard’s name through a friend. My acquaintances with attorneys have been infrequent until lately, and found myself in the midst of vicious, untrustworthy lawyers ready to pounce at a moment’s notice. My mind often wandered back to Richard and his work ethic and loyalty. Having worked in an attorney’s office years ago, lawyers crossed my path frequently. They were usually individuals of honor. My recent experience leads me back to Richard and his work ethics, honesty, diligence and moral code. If Richard makes the educated decision to represent you, as a client, you will not find a better attorney. I could literally go on indefinitely. He stayed in constant contact. He nearly always answered his phone, personally. Research was at the heart of nearly every case, and he never gave up. If you need a great attorney…this is the guy.
