About me

I am an associate at Callagy Law, P.C., primarily practicing commercial litigation, including breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, civil RICO, intellectual property, employment disputes, and ERISA in both federal and state courts. I also handle appeals at the state and federal level. Prior to joining Callagy Law, I worked at the Law Offices of Elliott Malone, Esq., handling commercial litigation and personal injury matters and was also an adjunct professor of English Composition at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. While in Law School at the Quinnipiac University School of Law, I participated in the school’s esteemed appellate prosecution clinic, writing and successfully arguing the merits of a brief in the Appellate Court of Connecticut.
