About me

Mr. Furnari represents clients in two different practices areas, with one common theme: successfully advocating against institutions who often have greater resources and leverage than his clients.

Furnari Scher LLP represents patients who have been injured or abused in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.  In its corporate practice, Furnari Scher LLP represents entrepreneurs and the investors who fund them on start-up issues through exit.

“Whether I am representing the family of a nursing home patient who has been injured, or a the owner of a high growth business looking to be the next Facebook, I want people to know is that when my clients hire me, they have selected a person who understands their needs. Clients hire me because I am like them. My professional and personal life is like theirs. Many of my clients’ success stories and aprehensions parallel my own.”
